3C CLOMEA CN33 Electronic Control

3C CLOMEA bending machine control units can be divided into two groups: controls that work only in multi-passage mode (CN09 and CN11) and controls that also work in single-passage mode (CN12, CN23, CN33).

Control 33 is the most advanced of all and allows you to directly import DXF files, as well as roller assembly and filling strips insertion schemes. In multi-passage mode it allows 2 geometries such as CN11, CN12 and CN23 but in addition to suggesting the number of passages like all the others, this one automatically calculates the other parameters, as well (decrements, increments, speed of advancement of the rollers). It has the bar-check function and allows you to correct the radius according to the modalities of control CN23. In single-passage mode, the control allows 6 types of geometry (circle, lowered arc, curvilinear 3 radii, multi-radius up to 49 radii, ellipse, semi-ellipse) + import of DXF files. The control automatically calculates the speed of advancement of the rollers. The check bar function is available and, in order to correct the radius, based on the value detected with the arcmeter and entered in the control, the control itself will automatically calculate a new spring-back compensation. The machine allows you to correct a single-radius curve performed in single-passage mode which has proved to be too open by working in multi-passage mode on the constant radius section, to correct the angle and possibly also the parallelism of the uprights, if necessary. This control creates an editable archive of the spring-back compensations used for the profiles the machine has processed, and the geometries that have been created, and on the basis of this archive it suggests a spring-back compensation. Whether you are working in multi-passage or single-passage mode, this control also offers the EDIT functions (consultation of the program archive, loading of bar contact, sash-frame difference for windows/doors).

• CN23 and CN33 allow you to monitor the oil temperature and oil pressure during machine operation, as well as the electricity absorption.
• All controls, with the exception of control CN09, allow you to set the type of material to allow automatic management of the heaters (for processing PVC profiles).
• All controls, based on the diameter of the rollers and the thickness of the profile, approximatively suggest the minimum achievable radius.
