• Urban have developed the weld seam cleaning machine TRA 23 for the machining of transoms, mullions and already  welded cross joints. In only one clamping you can machine both sides and you save a lot of valuable production time. The
  TRA 23 convinces by an excellent price-performance ratio and perfect welding results.
• 13 tool positions with the possibility of multiple tooling guarantee high flexibility. All tools are movable via three axes and can be connected or disconnected as required.

• The standard tooling consists of two grooving or cutting knives, two inside cleaning
  knives, one disc cutter, one milling/drilling unit, one inside cleaning unit for the machining of radii and a second grooving unit.
  Additionally, you have the possibility to equip the machine with a knife cutting unit for inclined outer corners and/or with a contour
  disc on a disc cutting unit.
• The control via industrial PC with touch screen and keyboard as well as the automatic profile identification guarantee an operator-friendly
  and time-saving handling of the TRA 23
