Framar MBO T20 Horizontal NC Chisel Morticer

• The chisel mortising machine mod. MBO-T20, basic version, has two controlled axes.
• The programmer manages the longitudinal movements of the work table (X-axis stroke mm.930) for controlling the length of the mortises and the distance between them and the transversal movements (Y-axis) for managing the depth of the mortises.
• The vertical adjustment of the operating head takes place manual through a handwheel with mechanical read-out.
  The big novelty with this machine, considering its dimensions, is that by means of a pneumatic jaw added to the work table longitudinal stroke, it is possible to manage automatically by CN, the working shift along the whole length of the workpiece, without need of retaking the workpiece manually.
  Its programming is extremely simple and it is possible to visualize 10 programming steps at the same time. It manages RH and LH window posts, chips removal as well as the function of automatic repartition of the post (English style windows)
• With the MBO-T20 version, you have the possibility of managing by CN also the vertical axis (Z), by entering even the tool height with respect to the work table.
