Framar MBO T3 Manual & Semi-Automatic Horizontal Morticer

The chisel mortising machine mod. MBO-T3 has been studied and equipped with a series of very functional devices allowing a wide versatility. This is undoubtedly the ideal machine for the artisan who very seldom has to machine large series of pieces. The machine structure (the same as for mod. MBO-T9) has a very thick steel basement, whereas the remaining parts are made of cast-iron. The machine can make mortises on windows, balconies and doors of different lengths which can be preselected by means of cams as well as of different depths.
The machine movements are made with one manipulator. The longitudinal movement is made by a gear-motor. The transversal movement is made by airdraulic cylinder. lubrication by hand pump, centralized. 4 pcs air cylinders for clamping the pieces. Automatic table lock during operation. Chips exhaus fitting. Normalized electricals. All machine controls cannot be activated if the workpiece is not clamped. The machine is equipped with extra guides in aluminium fitted with compensating stops.
