3C CLOMEA CN09 Electronic Control
3C CLOMEA bending machine control units can be divided into two groups: controls that work only in multi-passage mode (CN09 and CN11) and controls that also work in single-passage mode (CN12, CN23, CN33).
In control CN09 you can choose only 1 geometry (circle) because the machine allows only a single radius. Once the radius has been entered, the machine suggests the number of passages necessary to make the curve, while the speed of advancement of the rollers and the decrements (for the connecting sections) must be entered by the operator. The radius can be corrected by entering the increments manually.
- CN23 and CN33 allow you to monitor the oil temperature and oil pressure during machine operation, as well as the electricity absorption.
- All controls, with the exception of control CN09, allow you to set the type of material to allow automatic management of the heaters (for processing PVC profiles).
- All controls, based on the diameter of the rollers and the thickness of the profile, approximatively suggest the minimum achievable radius.
