DigiStop 4.0 Bead Cutting Saw with Integrated Length Stop

DigiSTOP 4.0 is an electronic roller conveyor on the unloading side (measurement stop), coupled to a miter saw allows the precise positioning of profiles or bars in PVC, aluminum and wood. The roller conveyor is built with sturdy extruded aluminum that integrate the sliding track of the trolley, the stop can have strokes of 3000/4000/5000/6000 mm. The positioning of the stop is carried out by a stepper motor integrated in the carriage and is managed by an electronic control unit which in the M version, thanks to the magnetic band, allows a positioning accuracy of 0.1 mm and allows the roller conveyor to operate with high speed and precision.

The machine is ambidextrous, by sliding the electrical panel end reversing the stop of the trolley it is possible to mount the roller conveyor both on the right and on the left of the miter saw without having to specify it when ordering.

It is possible to request DigiSTOP 4.0:

• In version R with sliding rollers on the work surface.
• In M version with magnetic strip for positioning of the stop in "closed loop" for maximum precision.

• The Wi-Fi and Ethernet interface are STANDARD , the machine will be connected to the new DigiCLOUD service , this allows a continuous saving of data, in case of hardware or software failure, it will be possible to resume production quickly and without data loss / settings.
• Remote assistance will be simple and effective.
• The on-line contextual help informs the operator about the machine commands and, in case of failures, offers a troubleshooting service guiding the operator to solve the problem with photos and electric / pneumatic diagrams directly on the screen.

DigiSTOP 4.0 is combined with a 15 ” Touch Screen Industrial PC connected to PLC cards . The Windows 10 IoT Industrial operating system combines the simplicity of the Windows environment with the stability of systems intended for production environments. Integration with the DigiBAR 4.0 electronic gauge is the most common way to work with the DigiSTOP 4.0 roller conveyor , the new DigiSTOP control unit integrates an advanced radio interface that is able to create and manage a robust radio network in the workshop. All the products of the DigiFAMILY family are able to use this network to exchange information.

The high integration makes working with DigiSTOP 4.0 and DigiBAR 4.0 very easy, a cutting list is generated in real time on the screen during the measurement cycle. The new color touch screen contains all the information the operator needs during the work cycle, the colored areas clearly and immediately indicate the status of the machine.

DigiSTOP 4.0 is a CONNECTED MACHINE. Configurations, workshop data, parameters and production data are constantly saved on the new DigiCLOUD platform .

This service allows you to minimize restart times in the event of hardware and software problems.

The machine program equipped with on-line contextual help that informs the operator about the machine commands and, in case of failures, offers a troubleshooting service guiding the operator to the solution of the problem with photos and electric / pneumatic diagrams directly on the screen. The new software allows: Manual insertion of measurements from the interface (semiautomatic)
