The new Framar MBOT-1 Horizontal Chisel Mortising machine is capable of satisfying the production requirements of both small and large businesses as well as the craftsman. It can make mortisers of various lengths and depths on windows, balconies and door posts.
Framar MBOP-1 Hydraulic Vertical Chisel Mortiser with Visual Display
Features and Benefits:
- The machine structure includes a thick steel basement and remaining parts in cast-iron.
- The table transversal movement is controlled by a pneumatic piston with adjustable speed which slides on ground round bars protected by scrapers.
- On the table longitudinal movement, which is controlled by a handwheel, a revolving device with mechanical stops is fitted.
- 4pcs wood clamping pneumatic vises.The machine is equipped with an automatic table locking device during operation.
- The controls are operated at 24Volts.
- The pneumatic safety system prevents any starting of the machine if the woodpiece is not clamped. The machine is also equipped with additional aluminium guides with balance stops.
