PRECISE CUTTING AT A HIGH SPEED
A highly-precise movement system with a servo engine ( +/- 0,1mm) offering double-side and precise cutting for aluminium profiles at any angle from 45° to 90°.

SPRAY COOLING SYSTEM
It sprays a coolant over saw as aluminium profiles are cut, making it slippery and cooled. It boosts cutting quality and prolongs the operating time of a saw.

WEDGE PROFILE CUTTING
Wedge profiles can be cut automatically in short intervals with special wedge cutting program, with the right head being operated as feeder and the left head being operated as slicer.

• The crack mill basis plus the linear guides basis are machined, the crack mill and the linear guides connection holes are drilled and tapped with 5 Axis Metal Processing Centre.
• Electrostatic Powder Coated Painting for all of the machine.

• Cutting heads tilting 90 degrees and 45 degrees outwards OR inwards pneumatically through a cylinder and in-between angles are adjusted manually.
