The STIHL RM 248 petrol lawn mower has been developed to effortlessly mow medium-sized lawns up to 1200m². This practical model is easy to manoeuvre around the garden. Featuring foldable handlebars with a super-soft grip, the RM 248 offers a compact storage solution and extra comfort when pushing across the lawn. Simple operation of the central seven-setting cutting height adjustment enables an extremely precisely cut lawn at heights from 25 to 75 mm. The large 55-litre grass catcher box ensures fast mowing with fewer breaks. The RM 248 comes with a 5 year extended domestic warranty (subject to registration and annual servicing).

This lawn mower is built with a sheet steel deck, has a 46 cm cutting width and single point height adjustment that is adjustable between 20 – 100 mm. The EVC 205 engine is easy to start too meaning you can effortlessly get to work. And on a full tank of fuel the RM 248 can mow lawns up to 1200 m2.

The RM 248 has 4 different ways of mowing. No additional tools are required but we do recommend you refer to the owner’s manual before working. You can either:

• Cut & collect with the grass catcher box fitted
• Cut & drop by removing the grass catcher box
• Side discharge with the flap that is integrated into the deck
• Mulch with the multi-blade and mulching attachment

The comfort mono-handlebar allows easy access to the grass catcher box, making it easier to remove and empty when it’s full – plus, thanks to the fill level indicator on the grass catcher box you’ll know exactly when to empty the box too! The 52-litre grass catcher box is ergonomically designed and easy to fully open for fast emptying. The sturdy mono-handlebar is height adjustable and foldable for compact storage after use.
