Efficient automation technology and an extensible basic concept – that`s the vertical four-head welding machine URBAN AKS 1860, a flexible machine of high quality for the welding of PVC profiles in an angle of 90° that optimally meets your requirements.

AKS 1805 with weld seam limitation of 2.0mm.

All components correspond to our high quality standard – so you know for sure that you can always produce reliably. The good accessibility of the individual modules ensures a quick and simple maintenance and cleaning of the machine.

Due to the vertical profile insertion and the pre-selectable insertion position of the upper and lower welding heads the operator can feed the machine in a comfortable ergonomic position.

An important plus for your production is the flexibility and the automatic adaptability to different profiles.

All parameters (e.g. welding temperature, heating time, fusing pressure, joining pressure, joining time and clamping pressure) can be adjusted individually.

You operate the machine via a SPC central control with dust-proof keyboard and display (memory input for daily production, serial interface for online operation) or optionally via an IPC with coloured screen and disc drive.

The axes X and Y are positioned by an electronic drive. Optionally the welding machine can be equipped with a tilting device for fully automatic discharge or transport to a subsequent cleaning machine (the installation at a later point of time is also possible).

As the tilting system also works during the cooling there is no time loss at the discharge.

Minimal machine halt
The quick-change system allows a change of the hot Teflon during only a minimal machine halt without having to remove the heating element.

No rework
With the compensation welding you can compensate length tolerances of the profile bar of up to 5mm. So you no longer have to rework the additional profiles and glazing beads.

Operator-friendly handling
The IPC control* with high-quality colour screen and possible online connection ensures an operator-friendly handling of the machine as well as an excellent and uncomplicated integration in production lines (also available as touch-screen).

Flexible production
The possibility of C welding’s is ideal for the production of door frames. You can select this at the control or via online.
