Compact structure and convenient access to all modules facilitates the maintenance and cleaning work and saves valuable production time as well. Due to 8 freely selectable tool places with a sophisticated set-up, the URBAN SV 405 is very flexible and rational.
It goes without saying that a multiple tool equipment of the aggregates is possible. The PC-controller with touch-screen (as standard with Windows based industrial PC) guarantees an operator friendly handling and short training time.
The standard tools of the URBAN SV 405 consist of two grooving- or cutting knives, two inside grooving knifes, one disc cutter and two vertical cutting-/drilling units. Optionally available is a profile identification of different profile width for an automatic cycle, different cutting knife units and inside grooving knife units for inclined inside corners and rounding (other processing units on request).
