Get your saw blades sharpened in our state-of-the-art Vollmer CNC factory. Our fast, reliable and extremely efficient service can be loaded with over 100 blades at a time and can operate 24 hours a day providing you with quick turn around times and blades which are like new. We can service and sharpen all types of TCT saw blades for cutting wood, plastic, aluminium and steel from well know brands like Festool, Freud, Swedex, Stehle, Trend, Makita, DeWalt, Evolution, Kanefusa and many more.

Follow these simple steps to get your TCT saw blades sharpened at The Saw Centre:

1. Simply select the diameter of your saw blade using the option below and then select a quantity before adding it to your basket. Do this for every different diameter of blade you require sharpening.

2. Add the DHL Collection Service product to your cart to arrange collection of your blades via courier if required.

3. Checkout and pay for your blade sharpening.

4. Send your blades to us or await collection.

Sending Your Saw Blades to The Saw Centre

Make sure your saw blades are securely packaged to avoid damage during transportation. Once we receive your blades they'll get booked in, sharpened and returned to you on a next day courier service.

You must include contact details and a return address in your parcel, a printed copy of your confirmation email is perfect.

Collection Service

We can collect your saw blades for sharpening if you add the DHL Collection Service product to arrange collection via courier. We use DHL to collect parcels from anywhere in mainland UK, parcels must be under 30kg.

You must include contact details and a return address in your parcel, a printed copy of your confirmation email is perfect.

Damaged Teeth

We'll apply new teeth to your blade if required absolutely free, providing the number of teeth isn't greater than 5% of the number of teeth on the blade, after this teeth are charged at £3.00 ex vat each and you will be contacted for additional payment. For example with a 60 tooth blade we will replace 3 teeth for free and anything after is chargeable.

The images below detail some of the types of damage we frequently come across; chipped, broken, sheared and missing teeth all need to be replaced. You should quickly check yourself the number of teeth that may need replaced on any blade you send.

Unserviceable Saw Blades

Some saw blades are not serviceable due to excessive wear, warping, damage or the number of times they have previously been sharpened. If we receive a blade where this is the case you will receive a full refund for that blade and we can dispose of the blade in a safe manner for you. We will always contact you if we find a blade to be unserviceable. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of the collection service if used because this is a third party service.

UK Mainland Delivery

We try our best to dispatch all stock orders same day on a on a next day service. Dispatch times may vary depending on your geographical location and items ordered.

Standard* delivery via courier is free for orders over £50 ex vat and under 30kg in weight.

Orders under £50 ex vat and 30kg in weight are subject to a standard* £5.83 ex vat handling and packaging fee.

Stock orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the next working day (excludes weekends). Standard delivery via courier is free for orders over £50 ex vat and under 30kg in weight. Orders under £50 ex vat and 30kg in weight are subject to a standard £5.83 ex vat handling and packaging fee. Orders over 30kg will be subject to courier or volumetric surcharges.

Orders sent direct from our suppliers are dispatched in accordance to supplier delivery terms.

Laguna: 2 - 3 days, delivery to UK mainland only. A Laguna rep will contact you by phone to arrange delivery that suits you.
Holzmann, Scheppach, Zipper and SIP: 2 - 3 days, delivery to UK mainland only, for Highlands and Islands a delivery surcharge may be applicable, call us on 0141 429 4444 to enquire before you order.
