The Italyvacuum Blow is one of the highest performing models in the chip and dust extractor division, the project combines simplicity and practicality of the system with an elegant design. Available in every voltage and frequency worldwide.

- Possibility of using it as a centralized system which reduces the distance between the aspirator and the application point, thus allowing it to express all its power without any loss of load
- Technological and highly effective cyclonic system integrated as standard on each model with distribution of the air flows inside the extractor calculated and optimized with the aid of powerful dedicated software
- The BLOW model can be connected to one or more machines and thanks to the special rotary valve supplied it allows the aspirated material to be unloaded 24 hours a day without stopping
- Unloading can take place on containers with folding wheels or on big bags
- 100% thick steel frame structure with scratch-resistant powder coating
- The modularity of the two unique pieces that compose it are ideal for easy and quick assembly
- Possibility of equipping the aspirator with a series of accessories designed for the user's specific application
- Pneumatic and electronic interface with single or multiple machine tools through remote control systems (on/off – shutters – etc…)
- General costs (electricity consumption + maintenance + management time) incomparable with other types of similar vacuum cleaners
- Maintenance interventions on the filters and related costs almost eliminated thanks to the anti-clogging bag filtration system (practically the chips or dust never reach the filter at the top thanks to the cyclonic system integrated in the upper structure)

- Remote on/off start allows the vacuum cleaner and machinery to be turned on and off simultaneously and automatically

- Container 600/1100/2200 additional containers of various capacities with automatic openings
- Spiral tubes smooth inside for greater flow of the material

- Basic structure soundproofed using panels with high sound-absorbing power
- Large class M bag filter with special high density anti-grip polyester fabric
- Practical large hinged door on the upper cone for visual inspection
- Lifting hooks in the base structure to be able to be lifted and positioned using a forklift
- Electric box with indicator lights and alarm buzzer with clear visibility of its status even from a distance

Orders under £50 ex vat and 30kg in weight are subject to a standard* £5.83 ex vat handling and packaging fee.
Stock orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the next working day (excludes weekends). Standard delivery via courier is free for orders over £50 ex vat and under 30kg in weight. Orders under £50 ex vat and 30kg in weight are subject to a standard £5.83 ex vat handling and packaging fee. Orders over 30kg will be subject to courier or volumetric surcharges.
Orders sent direct from our suppliers are dispatched in accordance to supplier delivery terms.
