BIOCURE has been developed to effectively treat coolant emulsions where bacterial / fungal spoilage as occurred maintaining the level of bacteria to within HSE guidelines. Biocure has a broad spectrum of activity against bacteria, mould fungi and yeasts.

Sawco BIOCURE is a a high performance formaldehyde free biocide specifically produced for post / tank side treatment of formaldehyde free coolants.
BIOCURE has been developed to effectively treat coolant emulsions where Bacterial / Fungal spoilage as occurred maintaining the level of bacteria to within HSE guidelines. Biocure has a broad spectrum of activity against bacteria, mould fungi and yeasts. Should be used at a treat rate of 0.20% to 0.40%. To ensure that maximum antimicrobial efficacy is achieved with the lowest possible concentration, Biocure must be distributed homogeneously into the emulsion with effective stirring.
BIOCURE is free of chloromethylisothiazolone, formaldehyde, formaldehyde denors and other aldehydes.
Mixing Instructions
- Minimum: 1 part BIOCURE to 50 parts water or 20ml per 1000ml (0.20%)
- Maximum: 1 part BIOCURE to 25 parts water or 40ml per 1000ml (0.40%)

Orders under £50 ex vat and 30kg in weight are subject to a standard* £5.83 ex vat handling and packaging fee.
Stock orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the next working day (excludes weekends). Standard delivery via courier is free for orders over £50 ex vat and under 30kg in weight. Orders under £50 ex vat and 30kg in weight are subject to a standard £5.83 ex vat handling and packaging fee. Orders over 30kg will be subject to courier or volumetric surcharges.
Orders sent direct from our suppliers are dispatched in accordance to supplier delivery terms.
