3C CLOMEA CN11 Electronic Control
3C CLOMEA bending machine control units can be divided into two groups: controls that work only in multi-passage mode (CN09 and CN11) and controls that also work in single-passage mode (CN12, CN23, CN33).
Control 11 allows 2 geometries, that is circle and curvilinear (3 radii); this control as well suggests the number of passages needed to make the curve, once the radius has been entered. This control, however, automatically calculates the increments, decrements and the speed of advancement of the rollers; if necessary, it allows you to stop the machine, pull the bar out from the rollers, check it on a template and put it back between the rollers without losing the position and reading of the encoder, to automatically restart from where the machine was stopped (bar-check function). This control automatically calculates the increments to correct the radius, by entering the value of the radius detected with the arcmeter.
- CN23 and CN33 allow you to monitor the oil temperature and oil pressure during machine operation, as well as the electricity absorption.
- All controls, with the exception of control CN09, allow you to set the type of material to allow automatic management of the heaters (for processing PVC profiles).
- All controls, based on the diameter of the rollers and the thickness of the profile, approximatively suggest the minimum achievable radius.
