3C CLOMEA CN12 Electronic Control
3C CLOMEA bending machine control units can be divided into two groups: controls that work only in multi-passage mode (CN09 and CN11) and controls that also work in single-passage mode (CN12, CN23, CN33).
CN12 in multi-passage mode allows 2 geometries (circle and curvilinear 3 radii) like control 11 but programming works as in 09 (parameters must be entered manually). This control has the bar-check function like control 11, but the increments to correct the radius must be entered manually. In single-passage mode, it allows 2 types of geometry (circle and multi-radius up to 9 radii), the spring-back compensation must be entered manually, as well as the speed of advancement of the rollers. The bar-check function is also available in the single-passage mode; corrections of the radius can be done by manually entering the spring-back compensation. This control is especially suitable for continuous work, and with few geometries.
- CN23 and CN33 allow you to monitor the oil temperature and oil pressure during machine operation, as well as the electricity absorption.
- All controls, with the exception of control CN09, allow you to set the type of material to allow automatic management of the heaters (for processing PVC profiles).
- All controls, based on the diameter of the rollers and the thickness of the profile, approximatively suggest the minimum achievable radius.
