3C CLOMEA CN23 Electronic Control
3C CLOMEA bending machine control units can be divided into two groups: controls that work only in multi-passage mode (CN09 and CN11) and controls that also work in single-passage mode (CN12, CN23, CN33).
CN23 in multi-passage mode allows 2 geometries (circle and curvilinear 3 radii) but the speed of advancement of the rollers, decrements and increments are automatically calculated by the machine based on the other data entered (number of passages, elastic compensation, material, etc.). It has the bar-check function and allows you to correct the radius by automatically calculating the increments based on the value detected with the arcmeter.
In single-passage mode, the control allows 4 types of geometry (circle, low arc, curvilinear 3 radii and multi-radius up to 12 radii) and it automatically calculates the speed of advancement of the rollers. The bar-check function is available, too, and, in order to correct the radius, based on the value detected with the arcmeter and entered in the control, the control itself will automatically calculate a new spring-back compensation. The machine allows you to correct a single-radius curve performed in single-passage mode which has proved to be too open by working in multi-passage mode on the constant radius section, to correct the angle and possibly also the parallelism of the uprights, if necessary.
- CN23 and CN33 allow you to monitor the oil temperature and oil pressure during machine operation, as well as the electricity absorption.
- All controls, with the exception of control CN09, allow you to set the type of material to allow automatic management of the heaters (for processing PVC profiles).
- All controls, based on the diameter of the rollers and the thickness of the profile, approximatively suggest the minimum achievable radius.
