Patented “Quick Adjust Lever” which allows height adjustments with one pull of a lever versus 48 revolutions of a hand wheel greatly reducing set-up time and increases productivity.

The open-ended drum design allows for 400mm in a single pass and an impressive 800mm maximum sanding width in just two passes, making it perfect for larger projects and enhancing the sander's versatility. The patented quick adjust lever enables full height adjustments with a single pull that can then be finely adjusted with the handwheel, significantly reducing set-up time and boosting productivity.
For consistent thickness and superior quality of output, the sander is equipped with a built-in digital readout (DRO). The INTELLISAND technology features a variable speed conveyor table that automatically adjusts to maintain a consistent finish, accommodating varying grain patterns and densities.
Dust management is a breeze with the 100mm diameter turbo-vented dust port, which increases airflow to a dust collector by 15%, enhancing dust removal when connected to a suitable dust extractor.
