Advanced materials processing

• 53.03.25: Machine configuration for the machining of advanced materials. This configuration makes the machine suitable for the machining of cork, stiff rubber or plastic and plastic-coated plywood. Metals and cement-wood base composite are excluded.

    Due to the high variety of the extra-wood market, prior to engaging in the offer of a technical solution it is compulsory to send to SCM some material samples to carry out a proper check
  • ATTENTION:
    It is advisable the use of extraction systems equipped with chips trapping devices in order to avoid that these will damage the extraction system. The machine configuration foresees:
    
    • Electronic adjustment of the feed speed by means of inverter that is reduced to: 2 to 10 m/min
      – Maximum stock removal: 5 mm
      – Reading system of the machine workpiece that automatically limits the feed speed to the minimum with thicknesses lower than 10 mm
